Positive: The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk from İstiklal Avenue. The breakfast was average — decent overall

Negative: The room was very small, especially for three adults, and there was hardly any space available for luggage or personal belongings. Another disappointing aspect was the airport transfer arrangement. Before our arrival, I was offered a transfer service online at a higher price than the one displayed at the reception desk upon arrival. Although I had already accepted the online rate, I found it unfair that guests were being charged more than the standard price shown at the hotel. When I raised the issue, the explanations provided were unclear and unconvincing. Overall, I found this experience unprofessional and disappointing. Unfortunately, I will not recommend this hotel.
