Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The property was conveniently located for Swansea. Clean, nice new bathroom.

Negative: On arrival overpowering smell of paint as recently painted, windows had to be open the whole time and road noise was absolutely horrendous. Fridge door was wide open on arrival and freezer frozen solid- I had to defrost it. Dining chair was cheap metal frame and very uncomfortable - no lounge chair. No bedside light and only two low watt room lights- unable to read in the evenings. Convenient parking for 3 cars but 8 apartments so otherwise had to negotiate steep ramp directly onto main road. Mattress very uncomfortable - could feel the bed springs.

Summary: New and clean but not very comfotable.
