Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Ella Rocrita. The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by stunning nature, with a lovely sea and an easy entry into the water. We were very grateful for the room upgrade. The Thai staff were very friendly, everything was clean, and our room was cleaned regularly. We especially loved the Viola à la carte restaurant.

Negative: There are a few things that could be improved. The shower is inconvenient, as water spreads all over the bathroom floor, and it takes a long time for the water to get warm. The sun loungers were quite dirty. Although we understand that it was the end of the season, we had stayed at another hotel within the same hotel group in September, where the sun loungers were in excellent condition, so this was a little disappointing. The rooftop bar could use better lighting to create a nicer evening atmosphere, and the coffee definitely needs improvement. The food was tasty, but the selection was repetitive, with very few seafood options. Ella Helea sets a better example in terms of the overall experience, and we would love to see more variety and attention to detail at Ella Rocrita as well. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and really liked the hotel. With a few improvements, the experience could be even better.
