Positive: Cleanliness was top-notch. The room, linens, and common areas were all spotless. The bed was excellent. Comfortable, supportive, and with high-quality bedding.
Negative: Location, location, location — and not in a good way. The hotel’s setting was inconvenient and far from anything worth walking to. The bathroom was barely usable. Tiny, cramped, and awkwardly designed — clearly an afterthought. Staffing was hit or miss. The front desk team was the only real bright spot: professional, helpful, and quick. Unfortunately, that didn’t extend to the rest of the staff, who were clearly undertrained and out of their depth. The restaurant team looked like they were learning on the job — painfully.
