The surfboard bar and tiki bar are always a great place to hang out while you BBQ. 4 bedroom/2 full baths that sleeps 10 with central A/C. Downstairs bathroom is perfect for kids and teenagers. Full private bathroom that is indoor/outdoor. Food and water bowl included along with a leash and pet blanket. Two masters upstairs and 2 bedrooms down with an indoor staircase in case of rain. Fishing poles with tackle boxes, BBQ, life jackets, beach tent and chairs, boogie boards, skim boards and a ton of beach toys for smaller kids. Neighborhood has 4 restaurant/bars, convenient store, bait shop, 60 yard private fishing pier, pool with cabanas, tennis court, boat launch and a park for kids. Fully equiped kitchen with all cooking utensils, pots and pans and a ton of silverware. Washer and dryer come with detergent and bleach. Toiletries included along with a hair dryer and a ton of extra towels. All linens included with extra pillows and blankets for movie night. Fantastic WiFi. Cards, dominos and a puzzle are fun when you are winding down. Bait box is downstairs for you fishing bait and an aerator you can take to the pier for easy fishing. $500 refundable deposit and $250 cleaning fee. Minimum 2 night stay.
