Summary: Unfortunately, the beginning of our stay wasn't what we hoped. No one communicated to us that our condo was ready - No call, text or email. Once we got in, the air wasn't working in the master bedroom and fridge & freezer weren't working as well. With that, they did send someone to address the air that night, but wasn't fixed til the next day. Spent most of the morning and afternoon with people in and out of the condo because of the air conditioning, fridge/freezer, dishwasher wasn't mounted in and there was a lot of water damage to the master bathroom ceiling. Although the condo was very nice, it wasn't a great way to start the trip. We appreciate the items being taken care of, but would have expected them to be done before we checked in. Overall, the condo is very beautiful and in a premier location.
