Positive: It had most things.. There is a supermarket nearby. You can catch the metro..about 1km away The room was good.
Negative: The place is still a building site.. Stuff everywhere including entry, stairway and roof terrace. The whole place needs a good clean. My door lock had no Striker plate just the cut out where it should go. The door to the balcony could not be locked. There are 3 fridges in the kitchen, 2 of them full of old food and dirty plates. The original bathroom has all the enamel coming off the bath and sinks. The store room has no lock and you can see stuff has just been thrown in, including tools. The stairs to the rooftop terrace partially blocked by builders materials and the rooftop itself had materials shrewn everywhere. The road running passed is a thoroughfare in the evening.. It seems someone has been working on this place for sometime, charging for the rooms but not finishing anything. I was told there was parking nearby but it's almost impossible to find so you have to carry your bag some distance Considering other places I've stayed, I did not think it value for money.
