The house sits on a corner lot in the less crowded section of Point Pleasant Beach. It comfortably sleeps 15 plus one toddler, and seats 16 with an additional highchair. Perfect for large families! The house also offers an open floor plan with 2 living areas to accommodate an adult crowd and kids at the same time. The private fenced patio offers a great entertaining space with a gas grill and an outside hot shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a margarita blender, two coffee machines (Keurig and regular coffee pot) and much more. There is High-speed Wireless Internet, DVD Player, Xfinity with premium channels, 2-zone Central AC, Washer/Dryer, and 6 Flat-Screen TV’s.
