Our 2BR bungalow in Downtown Urbana with 1GB Wifi is newly remodeled + perfect for families, couples, and long-term travelers looking to be nearby the heart of it all with a Superhost at hand. Large backyard with a fire pit, too!
Conveniently located blocks from downtown Urbana, it's a cozy and convenient spot when visiting the University of Illinois, tailgating, checking out a festival, or just having some time away. We're a 5-minute walk from downtown + an 8-minute drive to UIUC's campus.
The space:
The apartment of this home is located on the first floor + has a very spacious backyard with a firepit; washer + dryer; a utensil + cooking stocked kitchen; 1 bathroom with bathtub; a long driveway for off-street parking and parking available directly on the street on the side of the house; and we are kid-friendly.
If you are traveling with children or infants — we have access to toys and a Pack 'N Play; ask about a high chair, utensils, and other necessities for the littles when on the road. Just please let us know in advance, + we can bring over everything! (Pack 'N Play is already stored at our house.)
The house is all on one floor — only 1 step up to the front door. There's a studio apartment upstairs, just as an FYI.
Home: The house is situated directly on California Street in Urbana, a quiet street without much noise. We are set up with fast WiFi and television ready for streaming videos + music.

Bedroom #1: One Full sized, brand-new Leesa mattress on a wood frame bed with a dresser, alarm clock, nightstands, and lamps.

Bathroom: Full-sized shower and bathtub — we also provide body wash and a variety of shampoos and conditioners. Shower with a new rain spray shower head and additional handheld shower sprayer; help yourself to our medicine cabinet fully stocked with essentials you might need during your stay (i.e toothpaste, cotton balls, full First Aid kit, and ear swabs); sink; and toilet.
Kitchen: Dining room table + benches; toaster; coffee maker; pots + pans; Pyrex; cooking utensils; gas oven; + refrigerator. The kitchen space is also home to our HE washer + dryer, which you can use!
Living room: 55" Vizio TV ready to go login to your accounts, and a fold-down sofa to sleep an extra guest.

Guests will have use of the entire house.
Other things to note:
The bathroom is a tight space between the vanity + the toilet. Guests taller than 5' 9" might need to adjust, but there is room for your tush.
