Please note: The cabin has a wood stove and electric baseboard for heating, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
>> We require bi-weekly cleaning at the house if your stay is 30 days or more. The cost of which will be added to your rent. We'll work with you on scheduling this.
>> We require a lease to be signed for stays is 30+ days. We will contact you about completing this in time for your arrival.

Please note that we use a noise monitoring device in the home. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) in order to prevent parties.
A refundable $250 damage deposit is required for your stay. This deposit helps cover any potential damages beyond normal wear and tear. It will be fully refunded 2 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning required. We appreciate your care and respect for our home!
