Welcome to 1 Turtle Bay! Enjoy lavish, beachy décor that will have you cozying up in your home away from home near the ocean. The best of both worlds for swimming and fishing with the beach just a few minute walk or golf cart ride away and the riverfront pool and dock in the Turtle Bay community. Come together in the open layout of the first floor kitchen, dining area, living room and screened in porch.
You'll have an easy time preparing family meals in the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Bar seating at the island allows kids or adults to have a casual breakfast or snack while keeping you company in the kitchen. The dining table overlooks the living room and flat-screen TV. Relax in the plush living room after a fun day at the beach. Head out to the screened in porch to power down with a good book or cocktail and feel the Atlantic breeze.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has access to its own full bathroom and flat screen smart TVs. The king master bedroom is on the second floor. Relax on your private balcony and enjoy the privacy of your ensuite bathroom. Master bathroom includes double sinks, a standing shower, as well as a garden tub and walk-in closet. The laundry closet is found down the hallway next to the second bedroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a full private ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom, located on the first floor, is furnished with a queen bed and access to the third full bathroom, which can also be accessed via the kitchen area.
Take advantage of the community swimming pool and dock on the river. Float with panoramic river views in the pool and fish or launch a paddle board or kayak from the dock. Relax on the dock and watch the dolphins and manatees swim by. Enjoy a breathtaking sunset. Go into the Folly Beach downtown area to wander through local shops, markets, listen to live entertainment and eat at one of our amazing local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier or check out the Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy Instagram shots! Fish off the Folly Beach Pier to catch the big one to write home about.
Downtown Charleston is only a 20 minute drive. Here you will experience world-class dining, swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more, all customizing your memorable trip to this historical city. Take the kids to the Children's Museum and the South Carolina Aquarium. Immerse yourself and the family in the Southern culture.

Boat space on the dock is not reserved for renters. Turtle Bay is not pet-friendly and is strictly non-smoking. Must be 25 or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hour on-call maintenance services.
