Come to Malibu! The most beautiful destination on earth. Stay in this spacious and serene villa with sweeping ocean and mountain views, a private tropical pool oasis, hot tub, bbq. Gorgeous large rooms with plenty of entertainment areas to chill and lounge. Close to all beaches, private hiking trails you can access, restaurants, bike path in Santa Monica, etc. Quiet coastal living, light, bright, open floor plan, chef's kitchen, beautiful back yard retreat, rejuvenate in nature and feel the magic of Malibu as you relax in this ocean front sanctuary.
There is a ring security camera to monitor guests coming in and out. No parties please. The owner has a dog who is off the property during rentals but does not allow pets. We do have another bigger home that sleeps 10 that allows pets just message.

Summary: We had an amazing time at Jo's home in Malibu. So many wonderful features in this home but overall with all the windows and doors to the outside pool area the home feels huge (it IS large) and so cohesive with the outdoors. The backyard is a sanctuary of all sorts of flowers and plants. While the house is on a hill overlooking the ocean and PCH you feel like you are secluded and peaceful. This home is so artfully designed, I am planning on copying some of their decor! The kitchen was extremely well stocked, just like you left your own home and had every tool at your disposal. My favorite part was the lovely sheets and comforters and the beds were so comfy. My only disappointment was that we planned too much activity and didn't have a full day to just not leave the house and enjoy the (10 ft) pool and hot tub more. Jo was a pleasure to work with.
