Great location featuring an outdoor pool, deeded beach access directly across the street, and private boat launch/pier, which is ready for use April 1, 2021! **Portions of the building will be continuing with repairs**

Condo is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Spacious 1Br/1Ba unit that accommodates up to 4! This third floor condo is located on West Beach, featuring partial gulf and lagoon views!
Fully remodeled unit has a private balcony with views (partial) of the lagoon & gulf water, all appliances, ice maker, 2 Flat Screen (55" & 32") Cable TVs, 2 SMART Blu-Ray DVD players so both TVs SMART when using the DVD for Netflix, HULU, etc on your account!. Washer/Dryer, + BBQ grilling area and elevator too!

Master: King (w/3" Memory Foam Topper)
Sleeper Sofa: Queen (new Mattress July 2019)

- The occupant that rents the property must be staying in the property, must check-in with us, and they must be at least 25 years old.
