Positive: The location of this condo is great. I debated about renting something more updated but not oceanfront. I am glad I chose this condo directly on the ocean over my other considerations. This condo is close to the two pools. The condo is spacious and quiet. The only occasional noise is the neighbor moving furniture on the balcony. The keypad on the front door was running low on battery. Maintenance arrived very quickly to take care of the low battery.
Negative: One of the biggest annoyances is how many emails I got before our arrival. I received multiple emails from a few seemingly different companies. There were some duplicate emails. I also did not like the email and call I received as I was driving to the property that I had to provide a credit card or my keypad code would not be valid. When renting through these rental sites I do not think a credit card number should have to be provided. I reluctantly provided this information. We only stayed 3 nights. I would love to see small shampoo/conditioner toiletries in the bathrooms. We just went without for 3 days. I could not get the TV/Roku to work in the main living area. Directions would be helpful. I could not open the large sliding glass doors in the main area. You have access to the balcony through the master bedroom.
Summary: Satisfied with our late condo rental.
