Welcome to this perfectly located house on the banks of the scenic Myaka River, with direct access to Charlotte Harbor, and the Gulf of Mexico. Once inside, relax under cathedral ceilings, with an open floor plan that includes a large, white porcelain tiled, eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar area, leading to a very spacious great room with cable television, WiFi internet, and a professional organ, that looks out over the 'Florida room,' and the gigantic lanai, which houses the spa, and really large pool with water falls, through the sliding doors, and finally, toward the salt-water canal.
All bedrooms are furnished with flat screen TV's. The master suite has a king size bed, 42' flat panel TV with a DVD player, private bathroom with two walk-in closets, and includes a large capacity, and energy efficient washer and dryer, and offers additional space for storage.
