The Home
The Lexington Home is a 2 bedroom home and has been beautifully designed with modern floors, a large, fully-equipped kitchen and stylishly cozy elements. The kitchen packs a bunch and features a full-size fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There is also a hot plate, pots, pans, bowls, utensils, toaster, kettle and more!
Enjoy the stylish and comfortable living area, accented throughout with lovely touches to enhance the comfort and the tranquillity of our guests. A detailed house manual has info about the space, local food and area attractions.
The bathroom is tastefully decorated and pristinely clean. Included is a bathtub, and the tankless hot water heater will provide the perfect soak after a long day of adventuring or working. We provide fresh towels and necessities like a hairdryer, first aid kit, and iron.
The Bedroom
The bedroom, Dianella, is a modern and classy room in this self-contained home, providing a sleeping space with a touch of luxury. Natural light pours in from huge windows onto gorgeous, vintage-inspired furniture. White-netted curtains flutter in the breeze, adding to the romance of this classic space. The bedroom boasts large mirrors and plenty of storage, along with a bedside-light for relaxed evenings reading or watching your favorite show in bed. Dianella would not be complete without a comfy queen mattress, high-quality bedding, plenty of pillows and French linens. Super stylish, super comfortable.
Outside
Just out of your back door is a shaded, gorgeous spacious deck that is located within the gated backyard with chairs, a side table, and a space to hang your hammock! Perfect for enjoying a sunny Colorado morning or winding down at the end of your day. The rest of the yard includes a grill and fire-pit area.
Street parking is usually right out front -close, plentiful, and free! Should you prefer to park off the street or in the same spot each day/night, we have limited off-street parking (uncovered), which can be booked for $2 per night or $10 per week. Our team has been thoroughly coached in the disinfection and sanitation of all touchpoints, surfaces, kitchenware, and linens, including upholstery. With our guests' health and safety our top priority, deep cleaning takes place on a routine basis.
PETS: We’d love to host you AND your house-trained pets! Please message before booking to check your pets qualify. There is a small additional fee and pet deposit (refundable, assuming no damage occurs) to cover the cleaners’ time and additional products to be used for cleaning after a pet stay.
