Summary: I was lucky to have the nicest room in the hotel with a big balcony. It's the most classic place I've seen in a long time and the cleanest. Maria is kind, caring and always cleaning. She is the best. I can't wait to return to Palermo and this hotel. The elevator is an amazing museum piece that works perfectly.
