Positive: The owner was very kind and informative, she will help you with anything you need. Very clean and warm house, there was no humidity. The location is great, you have everything on foot. I would stay again.!
Negative: Only if you are looking for peace and quiet, the area is not very quiet, and the insulation is not good and you hear noise from the upper floor.
