Summary: The property needs a remodel. The doors all need repainting, there are many areas where the paint has peeled off, and never even been touched up. Many things are visibly dirty, you can see it from a distance. In the shower, they have the smallest possible instant heat, it might work for a kitchen sink or a place to wash your hands, but the shower never gets better than lukewarm. For added fun, there’s a 220 V breaker inside the shower, very close to the showerhead. If you like getting electrocuted, then you’re going to love the shower.
