Summary: Our stay at Ansen suites was quite disappointing. We were given room 110 which didn't have a functioning AC. It was awkwardly located near the entry and didn't cool at all. The bathroom door knob was broken and couldn't be locked from the inside. Also, the bathroom had a foul odor coming from somewhere and was made worse due to the lack of a dehumidifier. The inside shower didn't have a door either so you would get the water spraying on the bathroom floor outside. Despite us complaining multiple times and them promising us to send a technician to fix it, no one showed up and it was all broken during our entire stay. We were also promised a different room but nothing happened on that front either. The breakfast was quite average too. The coffee tasted burnt and the variety in food could have been much better. We were stuck there as we had already paid in full but we ended up checking out a day early. Given that we paid almost $150 a day and it being rated a 4 star hotel, we had a 2 star experience.
