Positive: Great location, spacious apartment, well equipped. Hosts are great, waited for us to give us the keys and also let us stay longer on the departure day without extra charge as they did not have booked our apartment for the same day. Great balcony that is also a bonus. Gym in place and enough machines. We did not try the pool as it was too cold during our stay. The property has a parking, with I believe is essential during the high season (we only used it once as it was out of season and easy to park on the street).
