Positive: I like almost everything 😌 The room was tidy and comfortable. My 4-year-old daughter slept so tight that she didn't want to get out from that room. She felt herself home 🏡 💓. I like the pools, especially the Barpool. So cool and the view from there is just breathtaking🤩😍. The atmosphere at night is so amazing 👏 My husband liked a lot the coffee served there. We loved too the home cinema established in the courtyard , for kids. Moreover, the children playground is a brilliant idea so that kids can have fun during their stay, but unfortunately, my daughter didn't have the chance to play because of her broken arm 😪 Anyway, I am looking forward to coming back to the hotel in the upcoming months or years!🥰🤲 I highly recommend it 👌

Negative: I didn't like too much the food whose prices are very high!! 40.000 vnd for a small bottle of water, that's too expensive! !!! In addition facilities like kids playing area, gym, sauna are not affordable. I would like to experience one of those massages 💆‍♂️ but everything was payable!! During my check out, the staff forgot about my passport and my change, which caused a delay of more than 40 minutes. I could miss my flight because of that. In such situations, professionalism is highly required.
