Positive: The apartment in brand new, beautifuly decorated, with an astonishing view to the beach and the sea ! The beach is easily accessible with the mecanic escalator (sooooo convenient ! .^_^.), there are 2 pools + the Infinity pool in the Mandala Hotel accessible from 3.00 pm every day, and the Infinity pool in the spa, with an incredible view to both sides: to the sea and to the sand dunes. The bathroom is very spacious with a large shower. Host was super responsive and accessible, very helpful with all my questions. The check in and check out was super easy and fast. I went to the Spa 4 times during my stay (don't judge, he ! .^_^.), and I can only strongly recommend ! The gym is great, the mud baths are reaaaaly nice (looking at the sand dunes makes it even more memorable !), massages are very good, the sauna, hammam and jaccuzzi are spotless and very relaxing. Last but not least, the staff was absolutely super, from A to Z: from the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, including the buggies' drivers, the ladies at the reception desk, the staff in the shops and restuarants in the residence, the staff at the spa..... Impossible to ask a better service ! Very few of them speak english (I believe most of them don't dare to, but they actually understand), but that was not a problem at all: with my Google Translate app, we actually had so much fun ! And we got to understand each other with no problem at all. The place might seem far from the center of Mui Ne, but it is actually very pleasant ! And you can easily go by Grab to the main bay in only 15 minutes drive. That place is perfect for solo travellers, couples and families with a little one. Really great experience, I'll come back ! I strongly recommend !
Negative: Some minor things to adjust (very normal, the property is brand new !): - 2 more pillows in the bed would be great if more than 1 guest in staying - Indications on how to use the TV / Netflix and where to drop the garbage - Air Con remote was not working properly, maybe something to look at
