Positive: Good location, big room and quiet for rest.
Negative: The front desk worker always not showing. When we checking in at normal business hour (4pm) . The other day morning around 8~9:00am , we standing the front desk More than 5 minutes . There’s no one service breakfast room, run out of milk , no any fresh hot food, coffee doesn’t taste right and warm. ( suggest they remove free breakfast service) NOTHING GOOD !!! My son and I is waiting and expecting someone can see us . Until we keep call the front desk more than 3 times, finally a lady pick up the phone and come help it out . She’s cut in front of my boy to organize the coffee table while he’s looking for the cereal . At that time no any other table guest. Don’t know why she’s rushing for it? Not respectful.! Not professional at all.
Summary: The breakfast is horrible! Front desk has no service.
