Summary: Very clean property. Kids enjoyed the pool. When it rained, they went to the game room. Full kitchen with items offered by the host at no cost, from tea, to coffee, to snacks. Very clean property, just a lot of rules. My recommendation to the owner is to put signs near the areas where the rules apply, like a laminated sign near the pool to remind the guest to turn off heat and filter for the pool. Back yard camera at the pools made us feel a little uncomfortable, especially if you are a family looking for privacy.
