Summary: While the bed was comfortable the place was quiet, we found a lot lacking. We probably won't return for the following reasons: 1--We arrived around 3:15PM in The Delmar room and found the hung towels were not dry. 2-- No decaf coffee option. 3-- We were not aware that there was a refrigerator available for use in the "Pantry". 4-- Not really a B&B --typically you expect a cooked breakfast at a B&B. Cheese danish ,bagels, instant oatmeal strawberries a kiwi and Kurig coffee--not a cooked breakfast! 5--No sink available in the dining area. Had to get water for the general-use Kurig from a drinking water jug . 6-- Furnishings were in bad shape --rug under the bed had chunks missing, chairs in dining area have damage, wooden table in dining area tilted and seems ready to collapse, front deck planks repaired but new planks not painted, wall TV mount is exposed. Staff only seen once--seen while picking up dishes from the morning . Owners can turn this around . 6 out of 10
