This large 16th floor condo is decorated with bright, happy colors, right on the Gulf of Mexico. It has two bedrooms, three full baths, and has a separate bunk area. The master has KING bed with private bathroom (tub and shower), 2nd bedroom has new pillow top QUEEN bed and private bath (stand-up shower). The bunk room has twin beds and private bath (stand-up shower). There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. This unit will sleep 8. Enjoy watching the new 55" Smart TV WITH Xfinity cable service. There is a new Blu Ray player, a new comfy sofa, new coffee table, new lamps, and new TV credenza. The dining table seats 4. There is a washer dryer in the unit. The condo features a spacious balcony including chairs and table with AMAZING views of the crystal clear turquoise water and sugary soft white sand.
