Positive: We absolutely loved this house!!! Most important: it's steps from the private beach. In addition, the house is spacious (6BR and 6bathrooms, 2 large living rooms), brand-new, well equipped and has the best deck with most amazing views and sunsets. Plus it's part of a gated community with terrific facilities (sports courts and a great boat ramp) within a 5min walk. On the lesser known east side of Bear Lake, which means quiet and peace, and still quickly in Garden City. Perfect for multiple families, celebrations, but could work for a work retreat or book club as well. Kids played games/cornhole, adults went for bike rides - right next to the trail that goes around the lake. Can't wait to be back!! PS: water shoes are helpful.
