Located in a private sub-division, you are steps away from the beach using the sub-division's designated walking path that provides beach access. Your serenity is enhanced with the sounds of ocean waves and sea birds day and night. Enjoy sunrise on the ocean-front deck and sunsets on the bay-side deck.
This beach house boasts 4 corner bed rooms surrounding a large open-concept living area with 2 sliding glass doors for easy access to the 40 foot deck and fantastic beach front Gulf views. The living area is open-concept, with a cathedral ceiling and exposed beam that provides a spacious and relaxing venue to take in the views or watch the activity on the beach. Furnishings include a leather love seat and couch, dining room table that seats 10, breakfast nook table that seats 4 and a bar that seats 4-6. The open-concept makes meal preparation fun and allows interaction with family and guests while cooking. The living room has a wall mounted flat screen TV and DVD player. A washer and dryer are included for your convenience.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 offer queen beds with spectacular ocean front views. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed and a twin bed. Bedroom 4 offers 2 twin bunk beds (top and bottom), for a total of 4 twin beds. The leather couch in the living area is a queen sleeper sofa. The house comfortably sleeps 13, with room for blow-up mattresses to accommodate additional guests.
The kitchen has a dish washer, microwave, refrigerator and glass top stove with oven. The kitchen comes fully equipped so that you can prepare that fresh-caught Gulf seafood meal.
The downstairs is equipped with a BBQ pit, 3 picnic tables and benches, and an outdoor shower and water faucet. The concrete pad is perfect for hosting large groups, where everyone can enjoy the Gulf breeze.
