The perfect beach home for your family holiday especially if you love surfing Neill St, lazing on the beach at Dickies or a short walk to Two Way Lake or Moffs. Only a two minute walk to the Neill St beach as you are staying in the best pocket of Dicky Beach.
Recently renovated, the house has been fashioned with large Smart TV, brand new furniture with a Hampton’s style, including three bedrooms with high end mattresses and beds. The 4th bedroom has bunk beds and a TV. The two bathrooms, including one with a bath, makes it ideal for family holidays or a group of couples.
Living area has large air conditioning unit and every bedroom has overhead fans.
The sitting room doubles as an office and the back deck, with setting for 8 people, is ideal for lazing away the evenings or cooking away on the Ziegler & Brown gas BBQ.
The huge backyard is ideal for hours of cricket, footy or playing with the dog.
The Dicky Beach shopping precinct is a two minute walk with IGA, bottle shop, Pharmacy, restaurants, butcher and bakery. A 12 minute walk finds you in the middle of Moffs restaurants, brewery, décor and coffee shops.
After an epic surf at Neill St the kids can burn off the extra energy at the skate park or playground only a 4 minute’s walk away or the family can walk the extensive coastal pathway north to Currimundi Lake or south all the way to Kings Beach and then on to Happy Valley or even as far as Golden Beach.
