Summary: pros:Staff great, view from room of bay great, location to pier and boardwalk great! no carpeting great Cons: mattress horrible, lumpy, no coffee maker or coffee on property, pretty dated not like the picture at all , curtain didnt even cover window and screen looked like sliced open. Take your pick, what is most important to you
