Explore the Best that LA has to offer in this lovely spacious home. Great location for the Rose Parade and Bowl! Minutes to historic Pasadena and to great hiking. Minutes away from The Huntington Gardens, Norton Simon Museum, Griffith Observatory, many LA Museums and Universal Studios, Disneyland and more. Just miles from the Metro station- be in DTLA in 20 minutes or a 45 minute drive to Newport Beach. This spacious home is beautifully decorated, landscaped and beautifully lit at night.. The lush backyard is a 5 star garden for hummingbirds & butterflies with a great fountain. Perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning and al fresco dining in the evening. Table seats 8 with cushions pillows, everything you need. The rooms are large with coved ceilings & lots of beautiful amenities. Sophisticated yet very cozy and feels like home. The backyard is the piece de resistance!! Very private lovely flowers and that fountain, nicely lit up at night. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with tons of great restaurants and a well stocked kitchen & pantry. Please help yourself to all the goodies in the garden, fresh herbs, tomatoes .. enjoy! We have beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and picnic baskets you are welcome to use. Malibu, Long Beach, Seal Beach & Newport\Laguna are all an easy drive but our favorite beach is Crystal Cove in Orange county. Just a 45 minute drive and so worth it!! Google it and see. It is THE most beautiful beach.
