The house is five minutes from the Palmetto Expressway – SR826 – an important artery that feeds to the whole of Miami. All of Miami’s attractions are 30 minutes or less from your gate. SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS: Walking distance away are The Shops at Sunset Place and its neighboring “town center,” a vibrant shopping, dining and entertainment venue with a European ambiance. Also near is Dadeland Mall– a Miami institution whose upscale stores and restaurants have long attracted visitors from the Americas – now newly expanded to include such popular sites as Bobby Flay’s Burger Palace. Fifteen minutes away by car is another high-end mall, The Falls, where guests stroll one-level, covered walkways surrounded by a million-gallon waterscape and lush tropical foliage. Dixie Highway, a few blocks away, is lined with shopping and restaurants, among them Café Bon Jour, whose French proprietors maintain a glorious bistro menu -- and the best croissant in Miami.
