Summary: The receptionist was very friendly, polite and extremely helpful regarding the hotel and its facilities. I was also offered some wonderful tourist advice specifically to my requirements. All in all, it was a delightfully clean, immaculate and well cared for hotel, certainly one I shall save for any future trips to Glasgow, simply, it just ticked all the boxes…
