Summary: This property is very well located on Davis Islands, within a short stroll of the village and access to a number of restaurants. Davis Islands has a lovely, low-key, peaceful feel, great for walking by the water on Channel Drive, bicycling, picnicking across from the yacht club, and downtown Tampa is right across the bridge. The house itself is very comfortable, clean and very well furnished in an attractive and functional style. Towels were snowy white, fluffy and luxurious and the king-size bed in the master bedroom was one of the best beds we have ever slept on. There were a lot of little niceties sprinkled around - lotions, local magazines, bottled waters and drinks in the refrigerator and snacks on the kitchen counter. Pots and pans and dishes were plentiful and in excellent condition and all appliances, light switches, etc. worked as they were supposed to. We lacked for nothing except access to national news on TV, which Roku does not offer. On the other hand, Netflix was available, which we enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again.
