This centrally located 2nd floor, 790 sq. ft. 2-bedroom, 1-bath recently remodeled home has so many windows it feels like you are living outdoors. All efforts have been made to give the space a modern feel while not forgetting that you will be enjoying a vintage 1941 Portuguese fisherman’s home. Enter via your private stairway and find yourself in a well-laid out great room with a living room area with a flat screen TV, a dining area and a modern kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Just add the food and the camaraderie and have fun in this home - also within walking distance to bars and restaurants if you don’t feel like cooking. There are 2 bright clean bedrooms – one with a queen bed and 2nd with a full futon so this home sleeps 4 in beds. These bedrooms share a modern bath. These bedrooms and bathroom are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, air conditioning/heat, off street parking for 1 car, and WIFI.
