Summary: Burnside is a 15 minute walk into Keswick, mostly on a traffic free route along a paved old railway line. Easy drive to the significant mountains in the locality. My room (3) was a little on the small side but very comfortable on the second floor. All amenities were provided in the room as one would expect to find in a private B&B. Breakfast was good with a good few options provided they were ordered the night before and the time of required breakfast. Hotels.com state that there's "limited on site parking". There isn't any. Parking spaces may be found across the road in a side-road.
