Summary: Valet was a little disorganized/hard to figure out. The valet people were a little rude and not attentive. However walking in, the hotel is gorgeous and luxurious looking. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful in the afternoon checking-in. Room was clean and gorgeously decorated. Shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. Plenty of towels. King bed was super comfortable. Checking out was a little annoying as the front desk staff in the morning was a little less friendly, and again the valet, confusing. Overall loved my stay, loved my view, comfortable and pretty.
