Summary: This hotel is in a great location for exploring the city - not too far to walk to places like Bellecour square, and also close to Perrache rail/metro station. I found the staff friendly and helpful, and they are on the front desk 24/7 which definitely made me feel safe when coming back late. The room was a little tired , with some questionable stains on the wall, and think it needs a lick of paint/new carpet really. Having said that, I was hardly in the room so it didn’t really bother me. The important thing was the bed was comfortable and the rainfall shower was lovely. A mirror in the room would be a great addition and maybe provide some slippers given the condition of the carpet. For the price you pay, it’s fine, but wouldn’t want to pay any more.
