Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location of the accommodation is great, especially for visiting beaches in the surrounding area. The house itself is big and spacious. Airconditioning works really well. The outside area is great to sit, with the possibility to even lay on the grass. The outside shower is great for rinsing off sand when coming back from a beach. A drying rack is also provided for wet swimwear and towels. Erika is a great host and ready to answer all your questions and help you out! Even gave some very nice tips for beaches and restaurants.

Negative: This is an honest review, so it can’t all be good. The bathroom has a very nasty sewer smell, which seems to can’t be removed even with the fan on. The shower is very small (+/- 70x50cm) and not very comfortable to stand under. The kitchen is very small and not great to cook a full meal in. One off the stove pits is broken and cant be used. Cleanliness overall of the kitchen is also not great. The WiFi is very slow and not useable for anything other than WhatsApp/Messenger etc. Also not strong enough to reach in the bedroom. The swimming pool is seasonal, although the exact closing dates are not mentioned in the advert. This is worth checking before you book, to prevent disappointment! The swimming pool is also not very clean with a lot of debris floating in the pool. There aren’t any sun-beds etc near the pool area. There are parasol’s and folding sun-beds available at the house, but both parasol’s were broken and one bed was broken and not useable. We found the overall price-quality questionable as a whole.

Summary: Not the best, but good for what it is!
