Positive: Удобное расположение. Все, что нужно, находится в пешей доступности. Сами помещения маленькие, но довольно чистые и уютные, минимум мебели. Все необходимое есть. Перед заездом владелец дал очень понятную и подробную информацию о том, как добраться. К коммуникации претензий нет.
Negative: Во-первых, это не лофт. Ты фактически живешь в подъезде!! В подъезде, Карл! Возможно, я что-то не знаю и такие переделанные под жилье подъезды- это какая-то особенность Лиепаи. Тем не менее, открыв парадную дверь дома я никак не была готовая войти в «квартиру». Причем обе старые подъездные двери- это и есть единственные двери, которые вас отделяют от улицы. Из чего выходит вторая моя большая претензия к жилью- это самая небезопасная «квартира», в которой я когда-либо жила. Нет нормального замка, изнутри ты закрываешься только щеколду (фото приложу). С этим точно надо что-то делать, потому что это не нормально.
