Positive: All is well. The hosts were fabulous, very kind and accommodating. Javier speaks fabulous English, his wife Ana is also very lovely. Close to the Artigas metro station, but beware, there is more than one street with the same name. Nice food shops and restaurants nearby. Good security. One toilet\shower, so sometimes you wait. The lock works but you need to make sure otherwise you might get an unexpected interruption 🤣and vice versa. The Kitchen is good and large with an oven and gas hobs. The fridge is large but the freezer compartment doesn't work.
Negative: No name of the hostel outside. No bell to let them know you're waiting. I waited 4+ hrs before the neighbours rang them and told them I was waiting outside. The Internet is not good, as it's always dropping out. So don't rely on it 100%. Good for basic stuff, just don't rely on booking flights or tickets with it. AC works but is noisy. Could do with a clean, very dusty.
