Summary: The check in process was horrible. Waited in line for an hour at the bar next door due to construction at the hotel. Then was given a key to a room that was already in use and was not ocean front like I paid for. I had to return to the front desk after talking to the manager Bradley! He was very helpful and made sure I was given ocean front and the correct room. He did accompany me to the new room to make sure everything was corrected. Bradley made my stay better.
