Positive: Pierpaolo contacted me himself before my arrival. Check-in was hassle-free—he explained everything and showed me around. The apartment is 200 steps from the sea, with all amenities (shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors) nearby. The beaches (in September) were empty and quiet. The apartment has everything you need. There are two air conditioners and a floor dryer in the apartment. The possibility of doing laundry was a nice bonus.

Negative: I would appreciate the presence of classic sharp knives (fortunately, I carry my Swiss pocket knife with me). The shower curtain could use replacing or repairing. I would appreciate it if you could leave spare garbage bags. Overall satisfied.
