Summary: Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The heating/AC was very noisy, took long hours to work, and needed programming to 29 degrees in order to achieve about 22. Some pillows need replacing. The gym is in another building across the yard - not a problem, just worth knowing in advance to take your winter coat with you.
