The two houses are also equipped with a living area each, which comprises a comfortable dining-living room with a brick fireplace, and a completely equipped open kitchen. Warm/cool air-conditioning is provided in the four bedrooms.
The gorgeous outdoor area is completely fenced so that you won’t have to worry about your children and pet’s safety. The two houses share a perfectly-maintained garden and a spectacular private pool. Lush trees provide comfortable spots in the shadow, ensuring you’ll enjoy the outdoor area even during the warm summer. However, the cherry on the pie of the outdoor is the fabulous hot-water Jacuzzi that can welcome up to 8 people. Poolside sun loungers, an outdoor dining area and a barbeque complete the charming facilities of the villa.
Heating the water of the Jacuzzi has an extra cost (available on request) while bringing your pets (1 or 2) to the villa has an extra cleaning cost of €50.
The access to the house, which is provided with a private parking area, is made possible by a 1-km dirt track with curves and slopes, which are typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
