Positive: Good location in Paris fairly affordable aswell for a Paris apartment. Good restaurants and accessibility to metros etc

Negative: It’s an absolute trek up about 500m of hill no matter what way you go to get to the apartment then it’s on the top floor 4 flights of stairs with no elevator so if bringing big suitcases it’s quite the workout. it’s also tiny hence the name cozy I suppose but was almost hitting my head on the roof just walking through

Summary: Good apartment in a great area but a bit of a mission to actually get in
