Summary: Honestly…I don't understand all the negative reviews. Great location right in the heart of downtown and near MARTA (we long term parked at a MARTA station to avoid the $50 a night valet cost). Had a room on 3rd floor and the room let out over the atrium with the pool which was cool. Room itself was nice and clean. A lot of people talk about the homeless around the property…walked by the Ritz and there were homeless about so it’s more a downtown issue than hotel issue.
