Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The studio had almost everything you need. I only needed to purchase detergent for the washing machine. The location was nice and close to the city centre. WiFi was very good. The bed was fine. Nothing special. Check-in and check out was very easy. No staff around so you do this yourself. They sent very clear instructions. Staff support online was very good. They answered questions quickly. And we're nice and respectful. Very nice service. I didn't use the kitchen at all but everything you need (minus a microwave) was provided, including cleaning products etc.

Negative: The room I was in, was next to the kitchen if the cafe next door. Sometimes it was a bit noisy in the morning. But it's not really an issue as I was getting up early anyway. One of the windows needed to be pushed closed from the outside. The studio was on the ground floor so I couldn't just leave it open. A bit disappointed but I at least managed to lock it. I informed them about this via messages and they said they are looking into it. So hopefully it will be fixed before the next person uses that room. There is a wide pot hole (not very deep) covering most of the path to the door of the studio. When it rained or snowed it made it a bit difficult getting to the room. But it wasn't a big deal and I managed. But it would be nice if they fixed this.
