Positive: 10/10 — absolutely perfect stay! The place and location are amazing, right in Fira, which made everything so convenient and easy to explore. The room and the entire property were very clean and well maintained. What truly made me book this hotel was the private heated pool and steam room—and they did not disappoint. Being able to enjoy a steam sauna and then relax in the pool felt like pure luxury. Even though I was traveling solo, I had such a great time. The experience felt safe, relaxing, and incredibly comfortable. A special thank you to Dior and Hassen, who were both amazing and incredibly helpful. They made everything smooth and stress-free, and were also very helpful in arranging airport transportation. I truly felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The breakfast was also fantastic—I loved the wide variety and quality of the food. Overall, everything about this place exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed my stay so much and will definitely be coming back. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and for being such incredible hosts!
